The beginning of a NEW me....

Okay so, my friends have been going to church for the past month, and i've been wanting to join them. I feel its about time i do something for myself, but unfortunately the past couple of weeks have just not been good. Well here's my chance...the girls are starting a bible study on Wednesday (tomorrow) and i'm so excited to say i'm joining them. Which brings me to tell you my first story...

I went to LifeWay the christian store to purchase my book for tomorrows study, and right away when you walk in the store a wonderful feeling comes over you. Then i get hit with Hi, Hello, how are?! So many lovely people willing to help. You can tell they love their job. :) So this gentlemen shows me where the book is i needed for the group. After i pick the book out i piddle around the store a little bit, checking it out, before i went and made my very first purchase.

This is what made my day...

Okay, i'm checking out and this sweet checkout boy after ringing me up says, "May you enjoy your study" with a huge smile. I smiled and said, "thank you" took my book and walked out. Well that phrase stayed with me. May you enjoy your study...
It was a wonderful feeling, and i just had the hugest smile on my face coming back to work. I cant explain why it hit me so hard, but it did, and i loved it! I wanted to share my wonderful experience at LifeWay with you. Sorry i babbled for a bit. Have a wonderful day!

Our First

So okay, please bare with me; I've never blogged before. I wanted to do this so that everyone I know and love can always know whats going on in our crazy lives. I'm so bad at keeping in touch I figured this would be a wonderful way for everyone to see how we're doing. On that note....

This weekend has been really wonderful. This happened to be 3rd weekend in a row Neal and I have gotten to spend time together. Since he works for Target he only gets every other weekend off. Which really stinks when you think about it! It's back to our old routine this next week and I'm truly going to miss our weekend time. It's been lovely while it lasted. This weekend Neal and I went and watched Hancock, and it's was actually a really good movie. The movie reviews are NEVER right , but who really goes by those anyways! We also have started a new routine with our workouts. I'm a huge cardio fan and so Neal has finally listened to me and has built a cardio workout just for me! I'm so excited to shed this awful weight i've been carrying around for the past year and a 1/2. My sisters wedding is just 2 months away, and Neal and I are going to look damn good! lol
